If you are not satisfied with your first purchase of a bakecut subscription, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. This applies to the first billing of a new subscription.
Renewal charges can be refunded within 14 days of the charge if you have not meaningfully used paid features (such as AI transcription beyond the free allowance) during the new period. To avoid unwanted renewals, you can cancel any time before the renewal date and keep access until the period ends.
Email support@bakecut.com from your account email with the word "refund". Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Nothing in this policy limits the statutory rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
