What we collect

Account data: your email address and an encrypted password, managed by Supabase (our authentication provider).
Usage minutes: the number of minutes of AI transcription you use each month, to enforce plan limits.
Payment data: handled entirely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We never see your card number.

What we do NOT collect

Your videos, audio, subtitles, and project files never leave your computer. Transcription and export run entirely on your device. We do not use analytics trackers or advertising cookies on this website.

Where data is stored

Account data is stored with Supabase (hosted in Seoul, South Korea). Emails such as sign-up confirmation are sent through our email provider.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account by contacting us, which removes your account data within 30 days.
